GELCO facility includes a
clean room class ISO 8:
The structure is about 75sm with 8 workspaces equipped with:
- Shelves and Dry-boxes
- Air recirculating oven min 120°C (fume hood incluse)
- Static brazing furnace
- Parallel gap welding equipment
- Manual wire bonder
- Semiautomatic pull tester
- Semiautomatic epoxy dispender
- Stereo microscope (for assembling)
Clean room activities consist in:
- Microelectronics assembly for space and defence
- Check and test of boards and sub-assemblies
